2. What data is collected

When you fill in the form on this site, I receive:

You provide this data voluntarily so that I can answer your request.

3. Purpose and legal basis of processing

The data is processed solely to answer your request and to organize classes. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (processing at your request, prior to entering into an agreement).

4. How long the data is kept

Form data is not stored on the server — it is forwarded to me as a single email. I delete that email as soon as your request has been handled, and in any case no later than 12 months after receiving it.

If a request turns into regular classes, I keep your contact details for as long as we work together and delete them once that ends.

5. Who receives the data

Your data is never shared with third parties for advertising or commercial purposes. Technical delivery of the email runs through the server of my technical partner — this is purely technical forwarding, with no further access to the content.

6. Cookies, analytics and fonts

This site uses no cookies, trackers or analytics tools (Google Analytics or similar) — data about your visit is neither collected nor analyzed.

The site’s fonts are loaded from Google Fonts servers. In the process, your browser transmits its IP address to Google’s servers (USA). We ourselves have no access to this data and do not use it.

7. Your rights

You can ask me at any time what data I hold about you, and have it corrected, deleted or its processing restricted — just write to miraforsoul@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Croatian supervisory authority (AZOP, azop.hr).
